Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from Vallecanis must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.

For both Exchanges and Returns, customer is the responsible of paying all shipping costs.

To make a change or refund please send an email to info@vallecanis.com with your order number and it will be answered quickly.

We recommend that customers outside EU who have doubts about the size, do not hesitate to ask us (info@vallecanis.com) so that they do not have size problems once they receive the product. 

MONTHLY DROPS & SALES POLICY

This only applies to our monthly drops and items on sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. As an alternative, we are happy to offer store credit or a size exchange in case we have the requested size in stock if you prefer, and in both cases the customer is responsible of paying the shipping costs.

 

THIS IS DUE TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL, WHERE WE OPERATE WITH CLOSED SITE AND ONE TIME DROP WITH NO RESTOCKS.

IF A PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US, CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED AGAIN.

                    European Union — Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt of shipment, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at Info@vallecanis.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund as store credit or offer a size exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: this right of withdrawal applies to all EU orders, including items from our monthly drops and limited releases.
